always try to accommodate you. Rick, our Catering Manager, is

We cook the roast beef and corned beef, we bake the ham,
we roast the turkey and we prepare th emost delicious sandwich
tray known to man. Or woman. The finest Choice USDA grade beef.
Sandwiches surround homemade potato salad and cole slaw and lots
of pickles, olives, garnishes. All fresh, All natural, All delicious.

nova, heavenly kippered salmon, magnificent smoked sable, tasty
chubs, and chopped herring like Grandpop remembers . . . fresh

Tasty corned beef cooked and simmered for hours. Each cooked in
our own stoves with seasonings perfected throughout the years.
Fresh rolls and old fashioned rye bread for everyone to make the
sandwich they like best. Plus generous helpings of cole slaw,
potato salad, and pickles.
When you are in your "salad days," you are youthful
and exuberant. Our salad tray is bursting with freshness. Taste
our delightful seafood, pasta, egg, chicken, potato and tuna salads.

Brie, Dutch Edam and Scandinavian Havarti are all here. The USA
is represented by Wisconsin Muenster and assorted cheddars. Also,
Danbo Provolone and Jarlsberg chunks. Comes with crackers, olives,
